Weekly Backups

To manually back up a VPS Plan definitely isn’t the easiest job in the world. You will either need to use another server or your home computer, alternatively depend on a third–party solution. We offer a much simpler and easier way with our Managed Services offer. We’ll make a complete backup copy of your VPS server every single week, so you never need to be afraid of losing critical info. Last but not least we can always recover a backup copy very quickly. All the backups are saved on a special machine with a RAID array of hard disk drives, so if anything goes wrong with any part of your stored data, we’ve got your back.

Installation & Troubleshooting

If you wish your VPS to have video conversion or video streaming capabilities, you need to install & configure special software apps on it. And if this may seem like something too difficult for you, then our Installation & Troubleshooting service, part of our Managed Services offer, is the best solution for your needs. With it, you will have the full and uninterrupted attention of one of our experienced system administrators who will install and set–up any software package or rectify any trouble that you’re having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Services package is bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Plans. With the KVM VPS Plans, it’s an extra feature.
