Catch-all Emails in Website Hosting
If you have a Linux website hosting plan with us and you wish to enable the catch-all functionality for a certain mailbox that you’ve got in your web hosting account, it will take literally just a click of the mouse in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia Control Panel to do this. A catch-all button is available next to each email address that you have set up under any domain hosted in your account. You can pick one single email address per domain by clicking on the respective button. This will enable the feature instantly, so all emails sent to miswritten email addresses will be delivered there. Clicking on the button once more will disable the catch-all feature. In case you’ve got enabled email forwarding, our system will show a warning notification and you won’t be able to enable the catch-all feature till you deactivate the forwarding or you can simply pick some other mailbox to be the catch-all one.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
The catch-all feature can be activated effortlessly in case you’ve got a semi-dedicated server account with us. All the email addresses that you have created using the domains hosted in your semi-dedicated account will be listed in the Hepsia hosting Control Panel’s Email Manager section and you’ll see a small-size sign conveniently situated directly next to each one of them. With only a click, you can enable or disable the catch-all option for any mailbox of your preference provided that there isn't another mailbox under that same domain name with the option already activated and there isn't active email forwarding. Alternatively, you can right-click on an email address and enable this feature using the contextual menu that will come into view. In case any of the conditions for creating a catch-all mailbox is not satisfied, our system will warn you, but will not replace or disable anything automatically.
